NTC is a construction company based in the Phoenix metropolitan area. We offer design/build services to a variety of high profile clients in Arizona and beyond. Currently we are active in light industrial projects including self-storage facilities. In addition, we serve many clients in the multi-family arena by providing a wide range of interior and exterior amenity improvements.
Paul Vecchia
Paul has an eclectic background in the fields of architecture, landscape architecture, and land planning. His extensive experience as a principal planner and designer has allowed him the opportunity to be involved with projects throughout the United States, Mexico, China and the Middle East. Golf, mixed-use, resort communities, multi-family, and industrial land development have been the core of his 35 year career. During this time Paul has become well-versed in areas of zoning, entitlements, community planning and guideline preparation, as well as working with city and local council members and various governing associations.
Tom Baird
Tom has been involved in the General Contracting world for the past 25 years – ranging from Designer to Project Manager and now an Owner for the past 15 years. He has been involved in single family residential builds, Multi–Family renovations including inside remodels and outside amenity areas from California to Florida, Golf Course remodels in AZ, Hotel remodels and Light Industrial building. He has been involved in all phases of projects including acquisitions, entitlements, design, permitting, construction.
Tom has a true passion for the build and loves being on site to guide and watch the vision come to life. His goal is to bring our design-build company in from the beginning and work with our team of professionals to take your project from a concept to completion.

Jeff Market
Jeff has a unique background having served as a general contractor, project manager and as an owner/developer representative over his 30-year construction management career. He has managed a wide variety of project types including self-storage, multi-family and single-family residential, golf course/resort facilities, office buildings, civil infrastructure, landscape, and educational facilities. He has overseen all phases of projects including acquisitions, due diligence, entitlements, design, permitting, construction and property management.
Bryce Garner
Bryce has been active in the construction industry for the past 20 years, specializing in building and landscape design, sales, and project management in both commercial and residential markets. From working directly with residential property owners to members of large property asset managing companies, he has developed a specialized sense for helping clients add value to their properties. As a business partner with Tom Baird and Paul Vecchia for the past 10 years, he has helped manage clients, people and projects across many states, including Arizona, California, Georgia, Texas, Missouri and Florida.
